2016TFC思勤杯全球供应链挑战赛中国区总决赛圆满落幕


       2016TFC思勤杯全球供应链挑战赛中国区总决赛圆满落幕,6月24日通过北京、上海、珠海三地海选、全球数十个国家同步在线晋级,层层脱颖而出的6个中国区团队角逐9月22日奔赴美国迈阿密的入场券。最后来自京东的两支团队继续保持晋级赛的优势,一路高歌,包揽冠亚军,汉高团队获得第三。其中荣登中国区冠军的京东零售平台团队在全球在线晋级比拼中已突破性地取得了全球第一的卓越战绩,成员们在决赛现场继续发挥沉着冷静,默契配合,与其他代表队协同合作的精神,最终卫冕成功!
        TFC全球供应链挑战赛在中国已经举办过三届了,今年由思勤供应链独家承办的TFC全球供应链挑战赛,从年初的筹备到后来的海选赛、晋级赛和总决赛,得到了物流沙龙、阳光公采、一海通、太古冷链和PGI等大力支持。经过几个月的角逐,在众多队伍中脱颖而出的六支团队,他们分别是京东零售平台队、京东U-Power队、汉高队、太古冷链队、振海队和天威队,齐聚上海,进行为期三轮的总冠军赛。今年入选中国区总决赛的六支团队在过去曾经止步晋级赛、也曾经与中国区冠军失之交臂,今天他们个个信心满满,他们相信宝剑风从磨砺出,梅花香自苦寒来。
        回顾过去,从2014年可口可乐中国获得中国企业队冠军,代表中国在迪拜取得全球第三的辉煌、中山大学取得2014年全球学生组冠军,2015年中粮集团与上海鸣志共赴阿姆斯特丹,中粮获得全球第四优异成绩等等,到今年京东目前的突破,我们越来越相信,京东队一定会创造历史。因为自去年参赛以来,京东供应链人在他们的高层领导的鼎力支持下,一直与思勤供应链的总经理虞毅峰先生和高级咨询顾问柴隽女士之间就供应链管理的理论和实践进行探讨,当冠亚军的结果公布的时候,京东队员个个洋溢着喜悦之情。
        总决赛的比赛环境较海选赛、晋级赛、甚至于以往的比赛都有了很大的变化,特别强调供应链内各成员之间的协同、供应链外的协同为人类创造良好环境而担当社会责任。汉高队的成员都来自企业的高层,有丰富的实战经验,面对京东强大对手,他们成功地把联合其他团队从而提高自身竞争力的策略运用的淋漓尽致。
        太古冷链企业中没有制造环节,这给团队的比赛带来了很多的困难,然而他们仍然挑战自我,刻苦学习,积极请教思勤的老师,总决赛时递交了一份正投资回报率的漂亮成绩。振海是由振华重工和一海通联合组建的团队,他们怀着对供应链执着的热爱,用很短的时间进行磨合,一路挺进晋级赛、决赛。天威团队在几次供应链协同的过程中都是其他强队的香饽饽,就像天威队员的感悟一样,只要在供应链中保持一颗协同的初心,终将在激烈的竞争中挣得一份天地。
        TFC比赛虽然是一款游戏,但从中却可以历练才智,磨砺智慧。思勤人愿意和有着共同为提高中国供应链管理梦想的有识之士一起,为推动中国供应链的提升贡献自己的绵薄之力。

振海队感言:
-          TFC is a vivid simulation of the real business world. All the way from the initial stage till the National Finals, the game allows us to deeply understand the importance of a unified Supply Chain Strategy and collaboration across functions to truly execute one single set strategy. When the goal is clearly set and all divisions are working toward the same objective, the team can be really efficient and productive. Acheiving great ROI while enjoying fun at the same time is not "mission impossible".

-          As the first unique team jointly established members from both client and supplier, we truly demonstrated collaborative partnership. Thanks to the TFC challenges, much more closer relationship between two companies step forward  to the next level. Even though nobody in our team had any experience either on manufacturing or FMCG industry, we still worked very hard in certain supply chain aspects, ie. logistics and purchasing. All team members sacraficed lots of their leisure time to fight for National final champion. Practice is the best teacher, we learnt the most from whenever our ROI dropped while more and more challenges increasing. Even though we did not gain the chance to Miami final, really appreciated the valuable experience gained from trainers and other excellent teams during unforgettable TFC National final champion! 

汉高队感言:

-          An real exciting game that you are granted authority as vice president in one function of one manufacturing company and have to chance to make strategic decision. Meanwhile, there are another three VPs in different functions as well, if just make all decisions by yourself without hearing the voice from theirs, may cause a small, nevertheless fatal error, ROI will drop dramatically.
-          With more and more rounds exercises and is building much insight awareness of the game behind, It enforce you to switch the individual hero posture to a group-decision attitude, lots of trade-off decision have to be balanced in a general accepted way. Eventually, you will build great mindsight with solid team members, lead the company growth steadily and generate outstanding ROI performance to shareholder.
-          一轮一轮的晋级,感受到毕业季校园招聘面试是的感觉,虽然在之前的全球比赛一百多只队伍中也取得了单轮第七,总排名第13的成绩,但这次不得不面对强大的电商对手。主席说过,战略战术上都要重视敌人!小伙伴们一如既往的默契配合,定量的计算,定性的判断,所有的最终决策目标都是像真实的企业环境一样,对股东负责,努力提高公司ROI, 精彩的是三轮比赛中引入了拍卖,采购同盟,组团竞价等更加贴合市场的手段,这也更好的体现了SCOR模型中上下游和自身企业的紧密关系。硝烟散尽,人马归巢。除了有机会自己操刀,选择之前只有教科书上的供应链战略,感受不同战略对企业的影响。也感受到了国内电商企业的迅猛发展,这种以数据为决策导向的供应链会是一个非常有趣的领域。
-          当传统企业还在整SAP时,像京东1号店阿里这些企业已经在开发自己的产销大数据分析技术了,这样才能快速灵活响应上下游,想想我们改个SAP模块参数要从biz case开始。从这点看,京东作为电商行业的领军企业的确更适合代表中国迈向全球总决赛。
